Is there really a free plan?๏ผ
Yes. Free includes three new stories every month, up to ten minutes each, three characters and natural English narration. Stories you have made stay yours to replay as often as you like.
How does the free trial work?๏ผ
Plus comes with a seven-day free trial the first time you subscribe. Cancel any time before it ends from Billing and you will not be charged.
What is fair use on the Family plan?๏ผ
Family is unlimited for normal family use, which in practice means up to 150 new stories a month. That is five stories a night, every night.
Can I switch plans or cancel?๏ผ
Yes, any time, from Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
What is a story pack?๏ผ
A one-off purchase of ten extra stories that never expire. They are used only after your monthly allowance runs out, so they are perfect for busy months or holidays.
How do you take payment?๏ผ
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
